Creme de Menthe Cake I

Great recipe for St. Patrick's luncheon. I was heavy handed on the chocolate syrup, didn't hear any complaints! Don't know if I'd bother buying creme de menthe when I can use peppermint extract and green food coloring. Thanks for sharing!

Meat Filled Manicotti

This was the first time I've ever made manicotti and I love this recipe! I read all the reviews and tweaked here and there--used nearly a whole 12 oz. box of jumbo shells instead of manicotti tubes, didn't need to use a pastry bag just a spoon (maybe I did something wrong?), added spaghetti sauce to meat mixture...overall a hit! Only thing I'll do next time is have more sauce on hand--otherwise EXCELLENT, EASY and VERY TASTY RECIPE! :)

Spiced Tea Mix

My daughter made this for a 4-H demonstration at the county fair this summer. She served it cold/over ice--which people really seem to like! So cold or hot this is a hit!

Quick Black Forest Cake

DELICIOUS cake! Very moist and flavorful. I think it definitely would make a spectacular bundt cake (as shown in MANY of the pictures) instead of a 9x13 (as listed in the directions). I came very close to burning the cake and took it out of the oven at 40 minutes. (I wonder if the time listed was actually meant for a bundt cake?) I definitely will make again. The frosting (actually more of a glaze) was delicious, too. Might double the recipe next time if using a 9x13 pan.
