Marshmallow Treats

Melted very slowly, and they were hard as a rock a few hours after making them. My treats are normally perfect, so I was concerned about cooking melted stuff 2 extra minutes. Huge mistake!

Macaron (French Macaroon)

This is my third macaron recipe, and FINALLY, I got lift and feet and no cracks, but ONLY after I bought a scale and weighed everything. Volume measurements didn't work for me at all.

Italian Wedding Cookies III

Absolutely delicious - I blended some almonds and it turned out really yummy. I wanted round cookies rather than flat on the bottom, so I'll chill dough next time and see if that helps.

Chocolate Chess Pie

Flavor is good, but consistently is too gooey, even with 10 extra minutes in the oven. I grew up in the South, and it's not supposed to be like that.

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake II

Italian Sausage Soup

I don't even like most of these ingredients (but my boyfriend does) so I made it as a favor. Goodness gracious, this is yummy! Leftovers went a little gross because of the sausage fat, though, so I'll make a smaller batch next time.

Sour Cream Pound Cake

Fluffy Biscuits

These are good as drop biscuits and PERFECTION when kneaded and cut out. I use 1/2 margarine, half butter. Less sugar, more salt, and a little dried rosemary. Yummy!!!

Followed recipe to a T and it was like clay. I cooked it for 35 mins, tested it and it was goo, ended up cooking for 50 minutes. Brown crust, hard gloop inside.

Mexican Style Shredded Pork

This was tasteless. I followed exact directions (using chipotle sauce) and this was awful. I had to add a bunch of seasonings to make it semi-edible...then my boyfriend grilled up some chicken for dinner. Awful.
