Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies were delicious. Exactly what my husband and I were looking for. I was trying to decide between this recipe and a couple other ones that were rated highly. I didn't use shortening because I didn't have any but they turned out great. I followed the recipe exactly as written. I actually didn't use peanut butter but substituted Sunflower butter because my daughter has allergies. I cooked them for 8 minutes and let them sit on the tray and then transferred them to a cooling rack. I let them sit out overnight to cool and when I woke up they were still soft in the middle. The 'peanut butter' taste was really good too. This is going to be my husband's new favorite recipe.

Best Strawberry Daiquiri
I found this while looking for something else and I'm in love! I love this recipe. I thought it would be too much ice but it turned out perfect. I put a couple extra strawberries in but the lemon and lime contrast is perfect. Mine was a little thick to pour at first but I highly recommend this recipe. Thanks!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
I read all the reviews and I looked at the pictures and they looked AMAZING! I always make cookies with creamed butter and I was amazed that you could melt the butter and the cookies could look big and fat. So I followed the recipe exactly as written. They turned out just as was stated big, fat, and chewy. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is the taste. They taste just OK. The ratio of brown sugar to regular sugar gives it a weird taste. Not really to my liking. I think I'll keep looking. Thanks for the idea of melted butter. I'm going to try it with my normal recipe.
