Butternut Squash Soup II
delicious! i saw that others had taken out the celery and carrot, but i really think that the celery especially adds wonderful complexity to the flavor. i did leave out the potato, however. instead of canned broth, i actually substituted the left-over gravy from a orange-honey-white wine chicken recipe that i'd made last week and added in some ground ginger - the soup is to die for!
