My passion for cooking began at home.Rock n the pots with my Grandmother,Margaret Smith Melton and her first born daughter, my ummi Terrace Ethel Melton-Choice. Through my teenager years during high school. I worked part-time and introduced my family and Muslimahs to all my food creations.Studied at CCP Culinary Arts/ Chef. After Graduation, trained in various Food Service Industry areas; Restaurant,Fine dining,Schools,College,Business,Airline,Prison,Hospitals Apprenticeship Program.

Cooking traditions was during holidays like thanksgiving,summer cookouts and family reunions was traditional in our family. It was traditional we all cooked together laughing,loving cooking for our family.
