High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because the roast tasted great after I turned the oven back on after an hour to continue cooking it. I touched the outside of my oven one hour after starting and it was just a little warm. Opened it up and it was not really warm inside. I guess this could just be my oven but it seems to work for everything else I use it for. I'm glad that I turned the oven back on when I did or we would of had a rare roast at dinner time.
