Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies

Just made these and absolutely love them! They look so pretty! Didn't have a sifter, so used a whisk and worked out perfect. Made the recipe according to recipe - only thing I did differently because a few reviews mentioned "needing a kick"... I added some Ground Allspice to my cinnamon sugar when I rolled the cookie balls.. Was perfect, not overpowering, but just a hint of "that kick". Will definitely make again!

Meatloaf...a Little Southwest Style

Really tasty recipe! I found that this, if eaten the day prepared, is alittle too moist, and would suggest cutting back on the amount of liquid. However, if eaten the next day or two... firms up and is better. But really a wonderful taste! Will definately make again! Thanks.

The Best Cheeseball

I loved it and my company loved it! Just a couple of things I did differently.. I added onion and a couple of drops of hot sauce. Very, very good!

Fideo (Mexican Spaghetti)

I loved this recipes. I liked the fact that I could make it in my electric skillet, no other pans to clean up. I did not have Roma tomatos, so I substituted this will a can of small dices tomatos, plus I added a can of diced tomatos with green chiles. This gave the recipes and extra kick! Plus the extra liquid helped to cook the spaghetti. I also added some green and red bell peppers - not much, but just enough to add some flavor. I will definately make again.... Nice alternative to regular spaghetti! Thanks....

Sausage Gravy I

Loved it! I had however followed the advice of the prior posting. I did use about 3/4 cup of onion which I sauteed with my sausage - also I use Jimmy Dean's SAGE sausage - really gives it a nice flavor. The Worcesthire sauce is a nice touch. Also - when I use to make I my gravy never turned out thick enough - just realized the secret is the amount of flour! I love this website!

Cowboy Mashed Potatoes

Loved it! I peeled most of the skin of both types of potatoes and used monterey jack w/jalapeno cheese. Delicious! Will definately make again!

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

My family loved these ribs! I went with just a little less on the Liquid Smoke. Thought the sauce was very tasty with just the right "kick". Will definately make again!
