We really like hummus and this is one of our favorites. I used 1/4 c of the oil from the tomatoes and 1/4 olive oil and really brought out the tomato taste. We have friends who own a restaurant and they ahve been using the recipe for their appitizer. They give credit to the poster though, thanks for this great recipe

Scalloped Tomatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2010
This was so good, I used my own canned tomatoes and crushen them up a little bit. I also used the unseasoned bread stuffing. It was alot easier than cubing up the bread. I took the advice of other reviewers and added garlic and cheese on top. My family loved it, we fought over the last spoon full.

Bologna Salad Sandwich Spread I

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2010
Like every one else my Mother and Grandmother made this all the time to feed men who came to help on the farm. Everyone who worked for my Dad would ask if there were going to be ham salad sandwiches for afternoon coffe. We also called it ham salad and I don't know why. Thank you so much for reminding me of that great time and the recipe is just like theirs.

Thank you so much for this great way to use up all the excess radishes that always seem to ripen at the same time.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2010
This was a great way to fix chicken. A must is to line your pan with foil for easy clean up. I use thighs and breasts so everyone has what they like. Do baste every 10min. it will make a difference.
