This is one recipe that the longer it sits the better it gets. I make it the night before for potlucks at work and by 10am nothing is left but the empty bowl and a few chip crumbs. thank you so much.

I would have never thought to grill radishes but with the addition of 2 chopped green onions and 1 tsp of chicken bullion granuals everyone in the family fought over the last slice of redish. Thank you so much for this great way to use up all the excess radishes that always seem to ripen at the same time.

Mashed Potato Cakes

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2010
This is a great way to use up left over mashed potatoes. My DH will boil up way to many potatoes so he has lots of left over mashed potatoes and he can make these. I remember my Mother making the fried potato cakes when I was growing up but they were not as good as these.

Scalloped Tomatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2010
This was so good, I used my own canned tomatoes and crushen them up a little bit. I also used the unseasoned bread stuffing. It was alot easier than cubing up the bread. I took the advice of other reviewers and added garlic and cheese on top. My family loved it, we fought over the last spoon full.

Turkey Brine

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2010
We had the best turkey in the turkey frier with this brine. We did 2 turkeys, one in the oven and one in the fryer and the brined turkey in the frier was the winner. We used chicken broth because there was a sale on it and it turned out just as good as vegetable.
