Okay, so after 4 times making the cake (at least 1 &1/2 time failed) here some of my lessons: reduce the milk, too much milk will make the cheese mixture soft and not good to hold the shape. Put the cheese out of the fridge until room temperature- so it wouldn't create lump. Bake the ladyfingers at 250 for 5-7 mins so it would stay harder and not soggy when you try to dip into the coffee. And most important, let the cake stays on the fridge at least 12 hours. The longer it stays, the stronger the shape and the tastier it is. You can also sprinkle another cocoa cover after the first layer. I'm a guy and I make this for my birthday as well as 2 of my friends'. The cake quickly went out in 30 minutes- enough said!
