This is the best biscuit recipe I have found on the internet. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the prep is done very quickly. These biscuits are very good and they are suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner. What I love the most about these is they really are versatile (like the author says). In other words, you can eat them with gravy or with fruit and they will taste great. In the future I plan to substitute the shortening with butter and perhaps replace the milk with buttermilk. I would suggest this recipe to anyone especially if you are looking for a biscuit recipe that will go well with a Thanksgiving dinner.
