Amazing Muffin Cups

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2014
It turned out great and tasted excellent. But, it was too much muffin cups for just me. I would make a much smaller batch next time. But they are really good!

I left out the sauerkraut and used kielbasa instead of brats. Other than that it tasted fantastic. Great recipe :)

Manicotti with Cheese

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2015
Made it exactly according to recipe minus the parsley. I didnt have a problem with the noodles breaking. It helped laying them out on wax paper. It was super delicious. Made it for my moms birthday and she said it was like eating out!

Baked Vegetables I

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2013
I read a couple reviews before I made this, so I changed it a little. I put the potatoes in for fifteen minutes and then added the rest of the veggies. I thought I had broccoli but realized I didn't so I made mine without. The carrots were still a little hard and crunchy so next time I would probably cook potatoes and carrots together first and then add the rest. But it tasted really good. I especially liked the zucchini.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2013
I cooked this a little differently than the directions. I did the first part the same, cooked on high for 4 hours. But then I discarded the broth and added the barbeque sauce and cooked on high for another 30 minutes. It turned out great! My family loved it

Chicken Katsu

Very good recipe. I was looking for Panko bread crumbs and found a lemon pepper kind so I used that. It made the chicken great without any sauce

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2014
I was really surprised that those three ingredients made a gravy taste. Very neat. However, the recipe was quite time consuming so I probably wont make it very often. But, it tasted really great!

Stuffed Zucchini

Reviewed: May 18, 2015
I made this at my fiance's house. Since he doesn't have an oven we made it in his toaster oven. He's not that fond of zucchini but he decided he would try it. I forgot to buy bread crumbs and we couldn't find pork sausage so we used cubed steak. I think it came out just fine but I didnt care for the steak and he didnt care for the zucchini. But overall its a good recipe!

Chicken Fiesta Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2013
It was good but I think it would have been better without the lettuce. Maybe use rice instead and make it a fiesta rice bowl. Or turn it into a burrito

Chicken In Basil Cream

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2013
The basil was a bit too much for me personally, but everyone else thought it was great. The chicken was taking forever to cook so I cut it into little chunks and just mixed it with the sauce. Still tasted good.

Cheesy Baked Eggs

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2015
It turned out really great. I liked the consistency the cottage cheese gave it. and the pepper jack made it nice and cheesy. It works well for larger groups. We have too much leftovers but it could save you time in the morning, just reheat it.
