Very good recipe. I was looking for Panko bread crumbs and found a lemon pepper kind so I used that. It made the chicken great without any sauce

Tangy Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

The actual salad was pretty good but the dressing ruined it for me. The dressing was way too sweet. I also excluded the onion because I don't like onion. I think if I made this again I would just buy a vinaigrette dressing

Baked Vegetables I

I read a couple reviews before I made this, so I changed it a little. I put the potatoes in for fifteen minutes and then added the rest of the veggies. I thought I had broccoli but realized I didn't so I made mine without. The carrots were still a little hard and crunchy so next time I would probably cook potatoes and carrots together first and then add the rest. But it tasted really good. I especially liked the zucchini.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

I cooked this a little differently than the directions. I did the first part the same, cooked on high for 4 hours. But then I discarded the broth and added the barbeque sauce and cooked on high for another 30 minutes. It turned out great! My family loved it

It was good but I think it would have been better without the lettuce. Maybe use rice instead and make it a fiesta rice bowl. Or turn it into a burrito

Chicken In Basil Cream

The basil was a bit too much for me personally, but everyone else thought it was great. The chicken was taking forever to cook so I cut it into little chunks and just mixed it with the sauce. Still tasted good.

I was really surprised that those three ingredients made a gravy taste. Very neat. However, the recipe was quite time consuming so I probably wont make it very often. But, it tasted really great!

Festive Cheese Dip 'Slaw'

I changed this quite a bit. I don't like swiss cheese so I used mozzarella. My boyfriend doesn't like onions so I left it out. I also did not serve it in the cabbage. I did let it sit overnight to blend though. Everyone including me seemed to think it was just okay. I probably won't make it again.
