Banana Crumb Muffins

Love these! Also, I measure out the batter in quarter of a cup portions it usually yields 12 average size muffins.

Grilled Delmonico Steaks

I omitted the 2 tb. of salt and this was still INSANELY salty. Even if it hadn't been I think the flavor would of overpowered the beef which is what you want to taste when you buy rib-eyes.

I get that this is an indulgence but 3 CUPS OF SUGAR is obscene, period! May as well eat the sugar out of the carton because that's all you'll taste here.

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

I would refer to these as chimichangas or flautas NOT enchiladas. Whatever you want to call them, they are awfully rich and just okay in my book.- Would not make again.

Asian Ground Beef and Pepper Saute

Considering the amount of flavor components that go into this dish, I found it to be surprisingly bland. Edible, a nice change of pace, but not memorable.

Tasty Lentil Tacos

This is a great idea. I used the lentils on a tostada, w/ lettuce tomatoes, cheese and a chpotle crema (just stir in the adobo from a can of chipotles in sour cream) Very good.

Super easy, and good. Start with the one cup of stock as recommended and keep an extra one on hand so you can change the consistency to your liking. Glad to find a recipe that uses fresh vegetables and real cheese. Thanks.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

My first attempt at cookies and they where very easy to make. Refrigerated before baking as advised by other reviews. A bit sweet for my taste, but a great cookie overall. Thanks.
