Ham Balls

These were really good and a nice taste change. It made a large pan full of meatballs. I think I had 20 large meatballs. The sauce had good flavor. This almost tasted like a mild barbeque. I will make these again. They will be a unique item to take to a carry in dinner.

Caramelized Baked Chicken

This was pretty good. I would probably marinate the chicken in the sauce next time for several hours before cooking. Also, I think I needed to cook mine longer. The sauce was thin. I was expecting it to be thick and sticky. Maybe I did something wrong. I will try this again.

Broccoli Bites

These were good, but they sure didn't look like the ones at restaurants. They did have a good flavor. I also added some mayonaise to the dipping sauce to tone it down and make it creamier.

Baked Ziti I

Yum Yum!! This is really good. It taste a lot like lasagna only with much less work. It is pretty and a great dish to take for a carry in dinner. I've made this several times and will continue to make this. It always gets rave reviews from my friends

Hot and Tasty Bites

These were really good and different. I made them for a super bowl party and they were a hit. They do need to be served while warm, because they get chewy and not too appetizing as they cool down. I would make these again.

Chili Cheese Log

This recipe is really good and very simple. It is a nice change from the traditional cheese balls. I also made it with taco seasoning mix and taco sauce. It makes one large ball or two nice size cheese logs.

Tater Tot Casserole III

This was good. The next time I make it I will try using onion flavored tater tots for some extra flavor. We thought it could use a little more salt. Over all we liked it.

Bierock Casserole

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

This recipe was great and full of flavor. I had the benefit of reading the reviews first so I made it with 4 pounds of potatoes which I peeled and sliced. It would also be good as a side dish without the ham. Next time I will probably mix the breadcrumbs with the butter and then sprinkle on top as oppossed to drizzling the butter. I'll make this dish again!

Oh-So-Good Chicken

Just a note to the person who said cutting the mushrooms took the most time. You can quickly and evenly slice fresh mushrooms using an egg slicer. Just place the mushroom where the egg goes with the cap towards the hinge, pull down on the cutting blades and a whole mushroom is instantly sliced

Chicken Tetrazzini I

This recipe was great; thick and creamy. I used canned chicken meat which cut down on the prep. time. I also melted some butter, mixed in some italian seasoned bread crumbs, and made a crumb topping which I added before I baked the casserole. This is a great time saver and budget stretcher.

Taco Bean Dip

I doubled this recipe and took it to work. Everybody liked it. It was super fast and easy to make and economical. It could easily be used to stuff tortillas and top with cheese and sauce for a quick vegetarian meal.

Orange Cream Cake I

I made this recipe for work and several people loved it, but several others did not. It would be fun to try using strawberry or cherry flavors for those who don't like orange. The cake was very moist.

Reuben Dip

This recipe is excellent and very different from the norm. I have recieved many requests for the recipe and have been asked to bring the dip to work several times. We like it best with crackers. I have also mixed all the ingredients together in a crock pot, so it would keep warm and it is just as good

Fruit Ball

I've made this for church and for work and everyone loves it. One lady said "It is the best thing I have ever put in my mouth." I got special requests for it at work. I serve it with wheat thins and pretzels. The nutty flavor of these go well with the sweetness of the dip
