Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2012
ok I am an avid baker here... and I tell ya this is a most fantastic peanut butter cookie.. I am not sure what people think when they say they don't taste much peanut butter b/c this is fantastic, very tasty and crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside... LOVE this recipe will make again .. gotta run batch number 2 ready to come out :) and for those that maybe skeptic about the pasty dough I was too .. it is very sticky but worth it keeps it chewy, just dust your finters or the top of dough with a very little amount of flour if needed to make balls don't DON'T add flour I think it will change texture of overall cookie :)

Ty's Barbequed Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
this was a great recipe! I cut my chicken up into strips for faster cooking, and I marinaded it for 1 1/2 hours I also reccomend to quadruple the recipe and I left out 6 tpsp of honey and glad I I did because it would have been too sweet, when I marinaded it I used one cup of the entire mixture of sauce and put the rest in a glass container in the fridge until cook time. After an hour and a half I put it in a caserole dish with lid on and cooked it for 1 hour (remember I cut them into strips left whole it would take much longer I think) when it was cooked, I added about 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup of cornstarch/water mixture to thicken, I served this with chicken fried rice very tasty, the remaning chicken I pulled apart, and mixed with some of the sauce and served as pulled chicken sandwiches as the chicken was so very tender this was great! hope everyone enjoys :)

Whipped Shortbread Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2005
Well these shortbread cookies turned out excellent... you CAN USE MARGRINE I don't use butter in my house for cooking/backing and I had margrine and it worked great... I added 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract I think that is a must have... and I first took 2 squares of margrine and placed it in the micro for about 25 seconds to soften only a little and I wipped it in my electric mixer for about 2 min first ON HIGH and then added the icing sugar still beating on high and 1 cup of the flour on hight and then I sewed in the remaning 1/2 cup flour with my spatula... these really do melt in your mouth... I did'nt think they were difficult... but sometimes when you are new at baking shortbread may not be the best choice... but all in all I love them can't wait to share them with everyone! great recipe william! and thanks for sharing
