Kim's Macaroni Salad

I love this recipe! It is the only macaroni salad that I make now. I usually double the recipe to use a box of pasta and it gets eaten so fast! I cut the amount of sugar in half. I agree with other reviews to make it a day ahead. Yum !

Autumn Pork Roast

I had a pork tenderloin to use up and this recipe sounded so good. I obviously didn't need an hour of roasting time, so I made sure the squash was cut into smaller chunks and 45 minutes later it was done to perfection. it was wonderful, raves around the table. Will make again! Thanks.

Mexican Bean Salad

My neighbor decided to have "Mexican Night" at her home. First thing I thought of was to search Allrecipes.com for something new to make. I came across this, sounded delicious and easy to make. WOW! It did not disappoint. The only "change" I made was to make it the day before so the flavors could marry overnight. It was outstanding ! Several people asked for the recipe. Will definitely make again.

Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip

I brought this dip to a neighborhood pot luck dinner and it was a HUGE hit! I had a 9.9 oz jar of roasted red peppers and used it all. More peppers is better, right? I also went with what other reviews suggested and upped the minced onions and garlic and cut back on the mustard. I am going to make it again this weekend. Yummy !

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

Always looking for a different way to do chicken. I had drumsticks, thighs and panko Italian seasoned breadcrumbs on hand. Came out absolutely delicious! Very crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside. Rave reviews at home and will make again !

Chef John's Macaroni and Cheese

This was amazing! I am rating this on his suggestions in his video (which is VERY helpful in making a good roux). Chef John used a combination of cheddar, gouda and gruyere. I also was a little heavy handed with the cheese. DO NOT use the bagged shredded cheese! Take the time and shred your own. The bagged cheese has a coating to keep it from sticking together and it will change the consistency AND taste of your dish. I did increase the topping a little as I like a crunchy top. The baking time was perfect. Thanks, Chef John. This is the 2nd recipe of yours that I have LOVED. I'm on the hunt for my 3rd!

Potato Chips

Fabulous! Definitely do the parchment paper, no sticking what so ever. I also placed the paper directly on the mircowave turntable. I dipped them in oil and I also tried just spraying them with pam. Both works well. Thanks! UPDATE: sprinkled them with ground sea salt and malt vinegar...YUM!

BLT Dip

This was just OK... probably would not make it again. I've tried it twice. The first time with reduced fat mayo (that was all I had). I am NOT rating this based on that. I hate it when someone rates a recipe based on the changes they made! Rate the original recipe! So the second time I did use original Hellman's mayo and I still wasn't that fond of the dip.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

This recipe was fabulous! The only thing I changed was to double the recipe of the marinade and add a little more garlic than it called for. I also basted the skewers during grilling. Fresh garlic and fresh basil is a must!

Aussie Chicken

Great recipe! My family LOVED it. The only thing I did different was added more mushrooms and bacon. I crumbled the bacon about the size of the mushrooms. GREAT Flavor!
