Baked Maryland Lump Crab Cakes

Awesome! I'm a Marylander & this recipe is legit! I used 2 eggs and I also added a dash or 2 of crushed red pepper. SO GOOD!

Roasted Pork Loin

I liked it but I felt that the rosemary flavor was overpowering - I'll use less next time. I also think it would be good in a slow cooker with golden mushroom soup

Balsamic Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella

Great recipe - simplicity with tons of flavor. I baked the chicken instead of frying and broiled it with tomatoes and mozz for the last 5 mintues then garnished with fresh basil- yum! So good! Wonderful summer flavors without grilling

Maryland Crab Cakes II

This is how Maryland crab cakes are supposed to taste! I am also from Maryland, and as other users have said, DONT shred the crabmeat! With our left over steamed crabs I made these crabcakes and they were delicious. I used Old Bay (not hot sauce) and added a bit of crushed red pepper flake. Yum Yum Yum

Spicy Grilled Chicken

Yum! My husband found and made this marinade and we really enjoyed the flavor. He also added a touch of cayenne. We ate the chicken breasts with veggies on the side but I think it could be incorporated into a fajita or other mexican dish. Loved it!

Tequila Shrimp

Thought that this recipe was bland. Needs more kick. We followed the suggestion of others and used 1/2 of the tequila maybe that was a mistake. But I was still looking for more flavor. Served over pasta but I agree that it would probably be better in a tortilla

Jean's Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

This was a good recipe. I prefer to add a twist to my recipes for our taste. I sauteed 2 chicken breasts with a garlic clove. I also added one crushed garlic clove to the soup itself. I wanted some "greens" in the soup. If I had spinach I would have added that but all I had on hand was snow peas so I added a handful. I also added a dash of celery seed and dried rosemary. I will make this soup again - It really warmed us up!

Salsa II

Grilled Rock Lobster Tails

This marinade/baste is very good. I made the mistake of not using the entire marinade so the lobster didn't have as much flavor which it could have. I will make this again and use the entire marinade. I recommend this recipe for a simple but flavorful lobster tail!

Kabob Marinade

This marinade was very tasty. I made it for the first time for guests (always a risk) - it was very flavorful. I marinated my steak overnight and the only thing that I didn't like was the next day there was a layer of film on the meat and top of the bowl. I had to spoon it out before getting the kabobs ready.

Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND®

These are always a hit at holiday parties! A favorite of mine since I was a kid. At parties, I tend to get "what are these?" and "mmmmmm..." immediately following. I like to use peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Baja Bean Salad

I really enjoyed this recipe and it is quick and easy. I did not put shredded lettuce on top and served as a dip. To spice it up, I also added jalepenos and cumin.
