Iced Pumpkin Cookies
This is the 2nd recipe I have tried for pumpkin cookies and this one is even better than the 1st one! They are firmer but moist and really good with the icing drizzle! I doubled the spices, did half brown sugar and half white sugar, used half whole wheat flour and half white flour...and sprinkled the tops with cinnamon/sugar mix before baking....WONDERFUL!....thanks for sharing :)
