This cake was very easy to make, but be careful to follow the recipe exactly. I substituted applesauce for the oil to shave off some calories and used irish cream instead of the coffee flavored liqueur. It turned out terribly. It was not moist at all, it was very dry. The irish cream just didn't taste right. If I try this again I will follow the recipe exactly. I am going to try the other super chocolatey cake submitteed by Susan Feiler - The Chocolate Lover's Favorite Cake - and see how that turns out.
