Bourbon Sausage

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2002
Very quick and easy with a thick bourbon-tinged sauce that doesnt overwhelm the sausagey-goodness of the Lil Smokies. Serve with ice-cold beer, a good game on TV, and cushy recliner.

Italian Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2000
This is a really good quick soup: the flavors of the Italian sausage combine with the beef stock to make a really rich tasting broth. I recommend draining the sausage before adding the broth tho...

This is a very exotic soup: the spices give it a wonderful Middle Eastern flavor. Its thick enough that it could almost be used as a party dip with pita bread... Guaranteed to impress!

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2000
This is a very light, fresh-tasting chicken vegetable soup: the peanutbutter adds a really great delicate Thai-note to it.
