Teriyaki Salmon
This is easy and great. I used a fillet. Just go easy on the sesame seeds because too many can make it bitter. I used the broiler. Next time I'll try it on the grill.

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
I have been making a veggie chili identical to this for a few years. It is fabulous. I have read reviews from those that find it too spicey, and I wonder if they are putting the seeds from the jalapenos in the pot. I actually use Sereno peppers, which are much more intense but taste wonderful. The great thing about this recipe is that it is hard to screw up. I use 3 different beans (black, kidney, & garbonzo), one can each, and fresh basil (fabulous!) The cans of green chilis are a must. If you don't like it hot, just buy the mild. But do put them in. I also dash in some green salsa. Put the bell peppers in at the end or they get mushy. Also, I have thrown in broccoli, mushrooms, and/or zucchini.
