Garlic Red Potatoes

Spicy Orange Zest Beef

More orange flavor would have made it better. I used frozen orange juice thinking it would have more flavor, so more orange zest was definitely needed. 2 of 5 in my family gave it a 4.5 and another 2 of 5 gave it a 3.5 and 1 did not like it at all. I think I would have liked it with chicken a bit more.

Best Ever Meatloaf with Brown Gravy

Great taste with little effort. Instead of making meatloaf I fried up all ingredients except chili sauce & bread crumbs, used beef bouillion and served over mashed potatoes. A tad bit different than recipe, but very tasty nonetheless.

Salsa Chicken

The reason this recipe received 4 stars was the lack of taco seasoning taste. I think the chicken breasts were simply to thick. I would suggest using thinner breasts, so the taco seasoning is more dominant than the chicken flavor. If that works, my family would rate this a 5 star.

Authentic Pizza Margherita

I have to agree with the majority that this pizza is out of this world! My kids thought it was better than our favorite pizza joint. I used Contadina Pizza Sauce (all there products are fabulous in my opinion), peppers, onions, pepperoni, and spinach. I tried both the shredded mozzarella and the fresh mozzarella to see the difference and hands down the fresh mozzarella was much, much more tasty. I did not have sea salt and like spinach on my pizza, so I did not use basil. I topped it off with olive oil and cracked black pepper. As a well-known picky eater, I can't say enough about how good this pizza is. I would recommend trying a second time if you did not rate it well the first time. DELICIOUS!!!!!!

Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie

My family and I thought the strawberry flavor overpowered the rhubarb. It was more sweet than tart, but that's a taste preference. I will add a little less strawberries next time.

Pizza Casserole

6 out 6 family members loved this recipe. That is unheard of in my household. The kids range in age from 12 to 19. The only issue I have is how dry it is. It could be the brand of pizza sauce (Contadina) or the recipe doesn't call for enough sauce. I added water to it the second time and it seemed to help. Even with the water it had plenty of taste. Definitely a keeper.

Broccoli Chicken Divan

This recipe was okay. It did not taste good nor bad. Definitely editable. I've had others that are similiar just called a different name. I agree with others that it was a bit salty. Maybe more stuffing on top would be good, even Stove Top Stuffing, or cream of celery soup. Not sure why it was so salty, but the similiar recipe I have is not salty and has cream of celery soup and swiss cheese. I can't imagine that swiss vs. cheddar is the differnce in saltiness. I think it is the soup (Campbell's). Will not make again.
