I made this sauce for tonights dinner with bow ties pasta. I thought this recipe was excellent...I pretty much followed the recipe. but instead of 2C milk I used 1 1/2 Cups milk..added extra parmesan cheese than it called for, couple hands full of cheddar cheese, parsley leaves, and cubbed chicken breast...it was so delicious...my husband loved it. sometimes your own variations make a big difference. Mine did...Thank you...Linda
