Blue Cheese Beef Roll

Oh my goodness, this recipe was so delicious and fun to make I can't wait to try it again! I especially loved the pastry and how easy that was to make.

I made the mistake of buying a hickory smoked piece of pork instead of just a regular slab of pork butt for this recipe. I do have to say that it tasted better the longer it basted in it's own juices though. I'm definitely going to do this recipe again without the hickory smoked pork

Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast

This was the first dish I ever made in a slow cooker. I was very pleased with how delicious and easy to make it was. My family and I had food for the rest of the week! This is my all time favorite dish to cook in the slow cooker now.
