Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2012
Good easy recipe...a little lacking in flavour and I even marinated the meat overnight in the fridge. Next time will add more spices.....maybe steak spice and garlic

Steak and Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2012
Great recipe! if you want to use a cheaper cut of steak but want it tender slice your steak and cook in the slow cooker with beef broth and spices while you are at work. Drain and use the steak slices for your salad. Quick and easy dinner and the meat is very tender without the cost

great basic and easy waffle recipe. The sugar and vanilla add a nice touch of sweetness to the waffles.

great basis stuffing recipe. I used sage as well as poultry seasoning but that is catering to my family's tastes and I also added some onions.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

We cannot get enough stuffing in this house so this is a great way to get some extra. I added extra sage but that is just to our tastes.

excellent. Turkey had a great flavour. Moist! My husband said it was bit harder to carve. I don't know if it was the bine though or my cooking

Pecan Breakfast Loaf

Great recipe for using up those Crescent Rolls! I didn't have any pecans so I put raisins in before I rolled them and they were great. All 6 of us in the house liked them even my picky 7 year old. I only put them on one layer though and baked them for about 30-35min

Awesome...I used onions and green onions and spiced it up a bit but only because we like some spice. Great base to play with for your preferences or good as is.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2010
this recipe is awesome. Much loved by my entire family of 6 (I'm the only female lol). I couldn't find cube steak at the market when I decided to make it so used some cuts of round steak. Still was great. I spiced up the coating with a the salt & pepper but added some garlic and chives from my garden. Served with garlic mushrooms and cream cheese & onion mashed potatoes. Very good!!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2010
Good to go recipe..I have made this a few times. I use the corn tortillas/chips. Keeps things from getting too soggy. I also added green chiles to the sour cream mix (cut back a bit on the sour cream) because I love them! Make sure to spice your chicken with something to your taste. I have used chili power or garlic or taco seasoning. I topped it with diced tomato & green onion when just before serving. Very good.

Tuna Melt Sandwiches

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2010
These were absolutely delicious! I made them with english muffins I had on hand. I think I would use muffins or a crusty dense bread with these and not the hamburger buns though as I would think it would be a bit mushy with a soft bread.
