Luscious Slush Punch

Reviewed: May 19, 2014
This recipe was great. I made it for my bridal shower this past weekend and everyone loved it! The only thing I did differently was use 1 cup of sugar rather than the full amount listed. I think it would have been way to sweet otherwise (hence the 4 stars rather than 5 stars). I was already asked for the recipe by a couple of people. Thanks for the recipe!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2014
I've made this a handful of times now and every time it's a huge crowd pleaser. Just made it again for the Super Bowl this past weekend. People love these and can't stop raving about them! The only thing I did differently is I didn't put the honey on top (I forgot) and when I mentioned it to my guests they said they didn't think it needed anything at all. Looks just like they do in the pictures.

Caramels

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2013
These caramels are awesome! Everyone that tried them said I should sell them and they keep asking for more, saying they're the best caramels they've ever had. Though it is labor intensive, the worst part for me was cutting and wrapping them at the end. I think next time I'll buy pre-made candy wrappers rather than using wax paper that kept sticking to the caramels. Definitely a recipe that I'll be keeping!

Bob's Three Bean Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2013
This recipe is exactly what I was trying to replicate from a 3 bean salad I got from a local deli. I already had all the ingredients and it was super easy to make. I will be making this a LOT from now on. The only thing I added was some freshly ground black pepper (I add that to pretty much everything). Thank you for this awesome recipe!!

Morning Glory Muffins I

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2013
I made these muffins this morning and my fiance and I loved them. I used only white flour, applesauce instead of Apple butter and didn't use the topping. They came out super moist and smelled wonderfully like cinnamon. I made 12 muffins and 3 mini loaves since I couldn't find my other muffin pan. Will definitely make these again!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: May 14, 2013
My fiance and I loved these muffins! I like recipes that I can follow exactly and have an awesome result, this is one of those recipes. The only things I did differently were: I used 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1/4 cup of white sugar for the topping only because we really like brown sugar and I used a regular sized muffin pan since I don't have one for big muffins. I was told to make sure I keep this recipe, it will be my go-to for blueberry muffins. So easy and delicious!
