Baked Ham
I followed the recipe exactly as it was written and it turned out fantastic! It was served at a family gathering and it received rave reviews. I'm trying it again for Thanksgiving with a brown sugar and clove rub on top just to see if it comes out any better. If not, I'm happy to keep the original recipe as it really is delicious the way it is. To those worried about the cola sitting in the bottom of the bag, it's ok. As long as the holes you poke are few and small, the steam will still build up in the bag and the result will be great!

Pan-Fried Mustard Mayonnaise Tilapia
Very easy to prepare. Simply delicious to eat. Left me wanting more - I will definitely be making this again! I heeded the warnings of other reviewers and was very careful in turning them. As long as I took my time with a good size spatula and something else to support them I was able to keep everything intact.

Cheesy Pork Chop Casserole
I prepared this recipe exactly as it was written. I sliced the potatoes thin and they came out perfect. The chops on the other hand were horrible. They were so dry it was like chewing jerky. The flavor was good so I would be willing to try this again if I knew how to get the chops to come out more moist. Maybe I will try it with a sliced tenderloin.
