This pizza dough was great! My dad used to spend 2-3 hours making homemade dough! This only took about 15 minutes to make! It was so delicious that it was hard to stop eating it! The crust came out light and bread like, quite soft. It was not too dry and chewy like some crusts. It is better to let it rise for a few minutes in a warm oven though. But not a problem...I simply prepared the other ingredients while my dough rose. I used to work at Mountain Mikes Pizza for several years and this dough recipe is just as good or even BETTER than theirs! This dough is certainly easier to work with. This dough isn't so "springy" and keeps it's shape well which makes it a lot easier to form. I will definitely keep this recipe handy for many years to come! We really enjoyed having it for Christmas dinner!
