Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu

I pounded the chicken out flat -, I used deli thin ham ,shredded mozzarella cheese, closed with tooth picks, rolled in butter and rolled generously in Panko Italian flavored bread crumbs baked at 350 for 45 minutes..... made a white wine sauce consisting of 1/2 stick butter, 1 cup white wine, 1/2 cup milk , thicken with corn starch then blend with emulsion blender ALL I CAN SAY IS AWESOME!!

Beef Stew VI

I followed recipe but added wine,A1 sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and a squirt of ketchup, I also did the flour in a big zip lock and added garlic and onion powder and pepper and shook my meat in it then browned meat pan.. added onions and wine and water, simmered, added meat, cook for 30 , add potatoes, carrots, celery about a tablespoon of salt, cook 45 minutes, thicken with corn starch if desired. I did.. .. Yum..absolutely awesome!!
