It didn't turn out at all! I put more chocolate chips in it and added butterscotch chips as well. When it came out it was hard on the outside and not done on the inside. I'm trying a different recipe next time.

Brown Sugar Banana Nut Bread I

The first time I made this the center of the bread was not done. So the next time I made it, I split it up between 2 loaf pans and they came out great just a little short. I found out why it didn't cook right the first time, my loaf pan is smaller than the one recommended, silly my I didn't even look. It tasted so yummy and now I even put the batter in muffin cups and make muffins.

This is easy and fast. My family is not big on eating onions so I just didn't put them on, and we used sliced cheese instead of shredded.

20 Minute Garlic Rosemary Chicken and Brown Rice Dinner

My family loves this recipe. Instead of leaving the breast whole, I cut it up in small pieces and pile on top of the brown rice. I will also add peas or mixed veggies to the rice and add a dinner roll. Its yummy as written also.
