Avocado Pie

This was a good recipe, but I added an extra avacado, the juice of 1 lime, and a package of reduced fat cream cheese. The avocado flavor was very faint, but it was really good.

Yummy Quiche

I used this recipe as a guide for a veggie and ham quiche. I didn't use the peppers or bacon. I sauteed veggies and put them in the bottome of the pie pan before putting the egg/cheese mixture on top. It turned out great but I may reduce the amount of half and half next time so it's a little more "eggy". I will be making it again, and I'll try the chilis next time.
