Pizza Dough I
The first time I made a pizza and it was wonderful. It helped me more that I've been making bread for a couple of months and the pizza dough is very similar. What I have to say is that I went to a couple of the reviews to get a better idea on how to do the rest because honestly, the directions on the recipe does not help a bit. So, thanks to you guys for sharing your knowledge!
I baked the crust at 375 for 8 mins. then I put the sauce, 4 cheese blend, onions, tomatoes, peppers, artichokes, black olives, spinach and chicken. Right after that, I put it back in the oven for 20 mins. brushing the crust with olive oil and oh my....! The rest is history.
I didn't proof the yeast; so, don't be afraid to throw it all and mix it together; just be sure the water is at 110 degrees and put it in the oven a bit warm so it helps the yest to do its job for an hour.
