Broccoli Cheese Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2014
This was a great recipe. So easy to make and very delicious. I tweaked it a little bit-added olive oil(in stead of butter to make it healthy), flour, shallot, warm milk, eggs, 3 pieces of garlic, black pepper and salt(all in the same order). Added some chilly garlic flakes as I saw some reviewers complaining it to be 'bland'. Sprinkled some crackers and baked it! Easy!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2013
Baked this cake for b'day party yesterday. I reduced the sugar level by a quarter of a cup, baking soda and baking powder(by just a little bit) and less salt. Garnished it with fresh strawberries. What a cake it was! I added frosting too.My husband and teen soon can't seem to get enough of it. The guests loved it as well. Would make it again and again and again. So simple and took 15 minutes only. A good gift to take as well!

Angela's Easy Breaded Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2013
This is a fantastic recipe. I found this recipe at 1900 hrs yesterday and completed making the chicken by 2100hrs- within 2 hours! Made some variations such as added a little of onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, some olive oil besides adding heaps of Italian dressing.Marinated it for 40 minutes. Mixed bread crumbs and shredded cheese in a large freezer bag, added chicken and shook well so that the chicken is coated from all sides. Left it in the oven at 375F for 20 min and the last 7-10 minutes at 400F. Hubby and family LOVED IT! Would make again and again, and with different dressings each time.Would surely recommend it!
