This is my go-to chocolate frosting recipe. It's easy and taste far better than anything store-bought. I use a few modifications and it always turns out perfectly! I add an extra 2 tbsp. of butter, 2 tbsp. of cocoa powder and 1 tbsp of evaporated milk. To me, this makes the recipe more chocolately & rich. Otherwise, it can be a bit too sugary! Also, I let it sit overnight in the frige. I think this enhances the flavor. However, it's still pretty no-fail!
