Italian Burgers On Garlic Toast

We tried this for the first time tonight for dinner! These are amazing! We did however make a few substitutions. We used chibotta rolls instead of garlic bread and we used provolone cheese instead of mozzarella but overall they were still delicious! My five year old thought they were really good which is a great feat for burgers. Will be sharing this recipe with friends and will pin it to Pinterest!

Classic Macaroni and Cheese

This was my first time making homemade Macaroni and Cheese and I thought this recipe was very good! The next time however I will add a little more cheese and instead of using macaroni noodles I tried it with shells. It was a nice twist on shells and cheese! :)

Taco Stuffed Shells

We absolutely loved this recipe. I did however cut the baking time to 30 minutes instead of 40. I also used my own taco seasoning instead of buying store bought! 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp ground cumin and 1 tbsp garlic powder. This made this recipe very flavorful. I will definitely make this again to get my taco fix!

Best Lemonade Ever

This was wonderful! I took note of people saying it was too sweet so I used a little less sugar, next time I will put the exact amount in as I didn't think I made it sweet enough. Minus me not following the recipe, it was great! I will definitely be making this in the future for parties and gatherings!

Baked Eggplant Parmesan

This was my first attempt at making Eggplant Parmesan and it was great! I used homemade spaghetti sauce instead of a jar to regulate the salt. I did notice that when baking the eggplant it took a little longer than 5 minutes to crispy mine but other than that I had no problems with this recipe! Will definitely make this again!

Stephanie's Freezer Spaghetti Sauce

I have never made homemade spaghetti sauce and thought I would try this as it seemed fairly easy! I love that I can make it in a slow cooker and save my burners for other things while I make it. I did halve the sugar but after tasting I think I would add a little more than I did. I think the next time I will also add another clove or two of garlic (only because we love garlic in my house lol). Other than that I thought this was a great recipe with lots of room to customize how you like your sauce! Will definitely make this to freeze as I should have plenty of tomatoes from the garden at the end of the season!
