The Best Lemon Bars

these were good and easy to make, but do expect the crust to be soft. also, i doubled the amount of lemons to make the filling tangy.

this recipe is the bomb diggity!!!!! so easy and so good. doesn't take much time and it's really hard to mess up.

this was really good and easy to make -- not too rich like some cheesecakes tend to be. the apples don't sink into the cheesecake and make it mushy; they stay separate so it's like having a baked apple topping (that's not gooey) on top a perfectly-moistened cheesecake. I don't think you need a springform pan. I used a regular 9 inch cake pan and it turned out fine.
