These cookies have the best texture. Crispy on the edges and chewy in the middle. It was however, a little too sweet for me. I did use milk chocolate chips, but the dough part was pretty sweet. Next time I think I'll cut the sugar down a little to make them super perfect! I did turn down my oven to 345 cause they browned too fast, and my first batch got a little over done and were hard as rocks. The hot water seemed weird to me so I omitted it. Added a full tablespoon of vanilla instead, like someone posted. These cookies look amazing, can't wait til everyone is home to eat it all. Thank you for the recipe =)
