I live in Southern NH with my husband of 20 years, our Golden Retriever;Kramer and our very fresh Cockateil;Sammy. I am currently enrolled at Escoffier Culinary Academy on-line and am enjoying every minute. I also recently completed Wilton Course 1 in September of 2013 and am looking forward to course 2 in November.

I am a baker at heart, my husband is the Chef in the house. Give me any occasion to bake and I am right on it.

I Definitely follow the French and Italian techniques.

My baking triumph would be my rum cake, it is a 3 day labor of love but worth the effort.

Honestly have not had too many.
