I live in Southern NH with my husband of 20 years, our Golden Retriever;Kramer. I am a graduate of the Escoffier Culinary Academy Pastry Arts program and am currently enrolled in the culinary program. I have completed all 4 Wilton Courses, and am a certified Wilton instructor.

I am a baker at heart, my husband is the Chef in the house. Give me any occasion to bake and I am right on it.

My baking triumph would be my rum cake, it is a 3 day labor of love but worth the effort.
