Honey's Butter Cake

I don't have a Bundt pan, so I used a 9x13 pan which was fine except you will need to smooth out the extremely sticky batter. Smooth it out before adding the first cinnamon and sugar layer. Lots of compliments and easy to make!

Classy Chicken

I think mushrooms would have added a bit more complexity to the dish. I added semi-dried tomatoes which REALLY added to the flavour! Using no-fat sour cream really cut back on the calories and adds a hint of creaminess. I followed the suggestion of serving with potatoes which went together beautifully!

Graham Cracker Crust I

This dough was so crumbly I couldn't roll it flat. I would reccommend using real butter instead of shortening
