I think you need a little more sauce than it calls for, but other than that... YUM!

EXCELLENT! The only change I made was to add fresh, chopped tomato at the end. YUMMY!

Oatmeal Cocoa Macaroons

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2004
Excellent rendition of a classic! I took some of the reviewers suggestions and added my own twist... replaced shortening with butter, added 1/4 c shortening, used TWO cups coconut! Also, would add almonds next time for a true "almond joy" experience! YUM!

Sage Pork Chops

All I can say is YUM! I double the amount of spices in the rub. But I do that to almost all my recipies! Oh, and I used Kosher Salt instead of regular table... it really made it tasty!

I made several changes per the reviews I read. This was really good, but was still sweet... can't seem to find a veggie chili that's not sweet.

Needs some added spice. I added some fresh ground black pepper and a tablespoon of oregano. Nothing can beat this for a FAST and healthy meal at a bargain price!

Fantastic Black Bean Chili

Reviewed: May 7, 2004
I liked this recipie the first time I made it, but I've made a few changes since and now I LOVE it! I use TWO (instead of one) cans of DICED tomatos and add 1 small can of tomato sauce. YUM! Gives it a fuller flavor!
