Simple BBQ Ribs
This was a very easy recipe to make! I disagree with people who say not to boil the ribs. It can be done and keep the taste, just don't use water. I used a combination of Guinness and beef broth for the liquid. I also added some garlic powder and some southwestern seasoning rub to the boil. I cooked a bit lower temperature, 275 for 2 1/2-3 hours. Finished them off on the grill--awesome!

Lemony Quinoa
Really good recipe! I made a couple of changes. I cooked the quinoa in stock and quickly sautéed the celery and onion. Because I love lemon, I added some more lemon juice and lemon zest. I don't typically have pine nuts on hand, so I used the slivered almonds suggested by another reader. I turned out fantastic and I've had it as a cold lunch salad all week!

Beef Stew VI
Absolutely incredible! I placed the beef cubes in a mixture of flour, granulated garlic, onion powder and a little bit of celery salt and then browned it in oil over medium high heat. The use of the flour eliminated the need for the corn starch. My only other change was to use fresh rosemary instead of dried. Incredible flavor! Thanks for sharing!
