I am about to try this, and I can't wait! I am going to use 3 cups sugar instead of 2 and 2 tsps vanilla extract instead of 1 after reading some of the reviews. Overall this recipe is just perfect, I was looking for a simple recipe so I can make cookies with my new cookie cutter and this looks just amazing. I have a feeling the simplicity of it is what does it. I'll definitely being trying out your icing out too Jill. Thanks!
