Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

The best cookie ever. I followed the recipe exactly as written but doubled it. I melted the butter and did everything else and made no changes. I refrigerated the dough for about 3 hours till I baked them. The dough was very hard, but I scooped it out and rolled it into balls. Big balls of cookie dough! It made about 24 big cookies. I cooked them until they were done on the edges and a little soft. Let them sit on the cookie sheets for about 5 min before putting them on cookie rack. Perfect! Don't get put off by the melted butter, it is weird and when you add the butter to the sugar and "cream" it it doesn't look normal but don't worry. It is great and they turn out fabulous!

Best No-Bake Cheesecake

Really good cheesecake! I modified just a little..used 3 things of cream cheese and 1 1/2 pints of heavy whipping cream, 2/3 cup sugar and a sprinkle of gelatin (to hold together). Other than that the recipe was the same. I followed the directions exactly, no need to seperatly whip the heavy cream, dumped in same bowl as cream cheese. Crust exactly the same! I covered mine with blueberry topping and it was delicious. Even my kids enjoyed it - and they are very picky! Will definilty make again!

Pan-Seared Tilapia

Loved this. Added more flavoring to the flour...garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, italian seasonings....my husband went back for seconds!!! Really really good and will definitly make again!

Quinoa and Black Beans

I like this recipe ( I love black beans and corn anything!) but needed a little more spice. more garlic and cilantro next time. I also added some salsa to it to spice it up and it was good. will make again, but with more spices.
