Coconut Ambrosia Salad

I've been making Ambrosia for 30 years, but instead of whipped topping, I use sour cream. It's much better and not as sweet.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

This chicken recipe is really good. I had no idea I could make teriyaki sauce. I did increase the garlic and decrease the ginger, because I am not really fond of ginger. I would recommend that you use a disposable pan or line your pan with aluminum foil. The sauce is very sticky and makes clean up difficult.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Here on the East Coast, muffins are BIG. I doubled the recipe and made eight muffins. The topping should be made with brown sugar instead of white. Still it was an ordinary muffin, nothing to write home about.

Apple Strudel Muffins

Cream Cheese Squares

I made these exactly as written the first time and they were delicious. However, my favorite ingredient with cream cheese is pineapple, so the next time I made this, I put a layer of pineapple preserves on the first layer of dough with the cream cheese on top of the pineapple and the dough on top. Really, really good!

Singapore Noodles

Very good recipe. Easy to make and ingredients can be altered based on what is in the refrigerator. Plus you can make it as hot as you want by altering the amount of curry added.

Healing Cabbage Soup

Best Tuna Casserole

CANNED MUSHROOMS!!! Never. That's like adding sliced pieces of rubber. Saute FRESH mushrooms in a little olive oil or butter, then add. Much, much, better.

I always prepare a recipe exactly as written the first time and then make changes on subsequent preparations. This needs no changes, although other vegetables or pasta or rice can be added to it. It is excellent!

Old Bay® Shrimp Fest

Very easy to make, but tastes good only if you like everything to taste the same. It would have been better to cook each ingredient separately and just cook the shrimp in the Old Bay.
