BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2014
Excellent recipe. I did not change a thing. Followed the recipe exactly. I have actually baked the meatballs without the BBQ sauce and froze them for later in the week. Then I make the sauce and pour over frozen meatballs in a pot and cook stove top. They were delish and still moist. Great plan if you need to do 30 minute meals during the work week. This will be in regular rotation at my house

Asian Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: May 22, 2014
This was great and will be a regular in my house! Some small changes.... We use low sodium soy sauce. It was raining so no grill. we baked for 40 minutes at 350 and then cooked uncovered in the broiler for 5 minutes. I heated the leftover marinade and used it to baste the chicken and sides. Served with brown rice and asparagus

Honey-Ginger Grilled Salmon

Reviewed: May 21, 2014
This is a great recipe. Nice flavor. I will definitely make it again. Next time with fresh ginger and garlic. Served with brown rice and steamed broccoli and heated up some of the marinade to drizzle over. Yum!

Blackened Fish

Reviewed: May 22, 2013
I really loved this recipe! I followed the ingredients and amounts exactly as noted. My only change was sprinkling the fish with olive oil instead of butter and I baked in the oven at 425. I wrapped each piece of fish is a foil pouch and baked for 10 minutes on each side. will def make this again and share with friends.

Cuban Ropa Vieja

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2013
I followed the recipe exactly and the meat was nice and tender but the flavor was not there. It had a very heavy tomato taste. Between the tomato paste and tomato sauce, I understand why. I have had ropa Vienna many times and this did not hit the mark. I am going to research and see if there are Spanish spices missing
