French Toast Fingers

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
I tried to make these healthier so I used fat free creamer instead of regular milk. For the filling I used fat free cream cheese and pumpkin butter since I did not have strawberry preserves. ( I had a bunch of pumpkin butter left over from another allrecipes.com recipe.) Very good! Next time I want to try it with cream cheese and strawberry preserves. I am sure this will be added to my weekend breakfast routine, thanks!

Denise's Peanut Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
I have to start off saying that I did not have peanuts or green onion but it still turned out awesome! There was plenty of sauce(I have a boyfriend that loves lots of sauce with everything!) The sauce was an excellent consistency and very flavorful. I will definitely make this again.

A little heavy on the spices, not a fan.

Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
These were awesome! I would leave them in just a little bit longer so they can get crispier but they were very good. They didn't even need the ranch dressing, great on their own.

Feta and Sun-Dried Tomato Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2010
This was very good and surprisingly, the red peppers add a lot. They are very rich, one piece of chicken is probably enough for two people depending on the size of your breasts.

Pumpkin Bread III

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
Very good! I used two loaf pans instead of coffee cans and omitted the allspice and added some ground clove. I also sprinkled brown sugar on top as well.

Mediterranean Pasta

This was excellent. My boyfriend actually thought it was the best thing I ever made! I used fresh tomatoes instead of canned, turkey bacon and I added some chicken broth as well since I wanted more sauce. I will definitely make this again!

Pork Medallions

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2010
Very simple yet good. I didn't realize my potatoes had gone bad so when I got home and planned to make this, I ended up having to use rice but it actually worked out really well with this recipe. I added one full cup of chicken broth instead of a 1/2 cup and I skipped the salt. Great quick week night recipe!

Heather's Cilantro, Black Bean, and Corn Salsa

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
This is a great recipe for a party to go along with tortilla chips. I did add some spices(cumin, pepper, salt, chili powder)otherise it would have been very bland which is why I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars. I omitted the onions since I had a few people who do not like raw onions. I will definitely make this again, thanks.

Moroccan Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
This was ok. Surprisingly with all of the spices it was still a little broing tasting. I followed the recipe exactly and I was not that impressed. The good thing is that it is very healthy. I will not make this again but it was something different to try.

These were very good and so easy to make. I only had margarine on hand but I would suggest sticking to real butter.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

This was very good. I am not giving it five stars because I think it could have been richer and more flavorful. But for a simple, basic pound cake recipe it was good.
