Tres Leches Cake

Absolutely PERFECT! I would give it more stars if I could. We have spent a lot of money purching this cake from the bakery for parties for years and this is an even better recipe! Thank you!!!

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

I omitted the crab from the recipe, but made the rest as the recipe goes. Absolutly fabulous!! These are the BEST stuffed mushrooms I have ever made. (And I have tried a lot of recipes.) No more expirimenting with other recipes, this is it!

Pickle Rollups

I made this at a christmas party and filled half with the dill pickles and the other half with sliced jalepenos. They all were great and left with a clean dish.

Blooming Onion and Dipping Sauce

Dipping sauce was very good. I would probally use a little less mayo next time and a little more horseradish sause. I ate this with onion rings also.

Sole In Butter Sauce

The sauce in this recipe was great, I did do as mentioned and added extra garlic (2 extra cloves) and 2T corn starch. Also I baked the sole rather than frying with no breading either. Next time will use a hardier fish. I used the left over sauce (we had a lot) to make a whole other dish. We took a pkg of linguini and a pkg of 90 count shrimp, and tossed the shrimp and pasta with the sauce, and topped with diced sun dried tomatoes. That was excellent.

Sole Supreme

It was extremely flavorful and was a lighter dish than I had expected. My mother was over for dinner and just praised it up and down. I could not find any of the spinach souflet so I used frozen creamed spinach.

Brown Sugar Chops

This was exactly what I was looking for!! I was so tired of plain or breaded or bbq chops. These really were tender and a touch of sweet. It really brings out the natural flavor of the chop!! Wow! Excellent!

Key West Penne

If I could have given this dish more stars, I would have. I made this recipe exact, except I added a dash of garlic powder, and cut up the tomatoes and corsely chopped the artichoke hearts. It was sooooooooo great!!

Apple Glazed Pork Chops

This was alright, we did alter it a little tho, we only used 1/2 the pkg of onion soup and added brown sugar (1/3 c) and a dash of cinnamon. The chops were very juicy, tho we did eat it with the mixture scaped off the top, otherwise it was a little too appley. We will make this again although it wasnt eathshattering, it was good.

Baked Chicken with Peaches

I added crushed pineapple over the top of the chicken and dumped the rest of the pineapple juice in the bottum of the pan. I followed the rest of the recipe exact. The chicken had a perfect hint of pineapple marinated into it while cooking. Otherwise the peaches had a tiny hint of flavor but where more for apperance than anything. It really wasnt sweet, but fruity. I will make this again, pineapple included.

Easier Chicken Marsala

Very good. The chicken was full of flavor and sooo tender. Delicious. Sauce was thinner then I had expected, so I will try adding some cornstrach to the sauce next time to bulk it up a little more. My whole family said it was excellent, we will denfinatly use again!!

Shrimp and Crab Enchiladas

Excellent recipe!! I did alter it a little however, I omitted the crab, and used 24 ozs of shrimp then roughly diced them. I also used Colby-Monterey Jack Marbled cheese shredded. We will make this one a regular!
