My family and I LOVE these! So easy and very tasty! The only substitution I make is to add a little enchilada sauce on the top before I throw it in the oven for a little extra flavor. Kids beg for these at least once a week. Good stuff!

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

I am asked every year at the Christmas potluck to make this for work and I'm happy to do it! It's quick and easy, and very tasty. The pretzel crust is amazing. Thanks!

Apple Pecan Cornbread Dressing

This was fantastic! I doubled this to take for a work function, and everyone there was begging for the recipe! I may change our traditional family stuffing and make this our new tradition!

Crab Salad III

This earned me some rave reviews at the office pot luck! I eliminated the radish for some red and orange bell pepper but otherwise made no major changes. If you leave it in the refrigerator overnight before serving, the flavor just pops out! Excellent!
