I hate the word Foody as a descriptor for the fact that I enjoy good food, plus it varies so much from day to day what I enjoy about it.. Sometimes I am a gourmand; a lover of quantity, but mindful of good quality. Other days I am a gourmet enjoying the fine subtitles of the dishes presented to me. I am an equal opportunity eater, if it's good I will say so and if it's bad,I will be equally honest.
I also like cooking. My mom is largely responsible for this passion. I cook to please the palates of my loved ones first and my friends second. I cook because I have always been a curious person and food is a bottomless pit of new experiences. I thrive on that.

As perpetually learning about food I have yet to find my favorite, however a close second would have to be pan fried goose liver on an avocado collie.
