Pork Chops to Live For

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2012
So well named. I made these last week. My husband has asked for them again already. So easy and so delicious. I added onion soup mix and a little more garlic just for the added flavor. They were wonderful.

Cranberry Oat Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2012
I have made this bread several times. It is truly wonderful. The only changes I have made is to increase the cranberries to 1/2 cup and add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts. I also use the dough only setting and raise the bread again on a cookie sheet and bake it in a 375 degree oven for 35 minutes.

Unbelievable Chicken

This is wonderful, and uses ingredients I have on hand. The chicken was moist and crispy on the outside. I used thighs and it was great.

Tasty Tuna Burgers

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2005
I used 2 cans of tuna and double the bread crumbs, put the vegies through the food processor so that they were finely chopped, they were easy to handle and cooked nicely on the cast iron griddle, I didn't have chili sauce either so used ketchup and 1/2 tsp. chili powder

these were easy to make, the flavour was a little flat, maybe will try some garlic in with the mushrooms and onions next time. They looked great when they were finished, I will use them at our next dinner party.
